Inspiria Outdoor Volunteers On National Remembrance Day

Inspiria Outdoor Volunteers On National Remembrance Day.

This event took place at the Westchester County Center and was organized by Volunteer New York as a part of Volunteer New York!’s community-wide action day, 9/11: Serve + Remember. The purpose of this event was to honor and remember those who have served our country by making bracelets for our veterans.

These bracelets represent a small gift, or a token of appreciation from local community members for their service. When worn by veterans, it acts as a reminder that there are those who are thinking about them, and their service, and are grateful.
